MEKAZON ships orders within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations.
Shipping timelines, fees, and availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, and courier.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

UAE Shipping

We offer shipping across the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery (Dubai & selected areas) – when available- Same day delivery cut off time for Dubai is 5pm. 

  • 1–3 business days for other UAE locations

  • Same day delivery for Dubai is 35
  • Next day delivery fro all emirates is 25

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times:

  • Typically 5–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • We do not cover customs duties or import taxes

Returned shipments due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.
