Delivery availability

Mekazon delivers within the UAE and to selected international destinations. Order only products and delivery services available for your destination at checkout. Charges and available payment methods are shown before you complete your order.

UAE standard delivery

Standard UAE delivery costs AED 22.99 for orders below AED 150 and is free for orders of AED 150 or more. Check the delivery option and final charge at checkout.

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Eligible in-stock UAE orders confirmed before 1:00 PM Dubai time are normally dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM are normally dispatched on the next processing day and arrive the following day. Delivery dates remain estimates and depend on your area and courier availability.

We do not process or hand orders to the courier on Sundays. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM on Saturday, and orders placed on Sunday, are normally processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Saturday orders confirmed before 1:00 PM may arrive on Sunday or Monday, depending on the area. Public holidays and courier disruptions can affect these estimates.

Selected same-day UAE delivery

Same-day delivery may be offered for selected Ugandan-product orders in eligible UAE areas at AED 35. Orders must be confirmed before 1:00 PM Dubai time, and the service must be available at checkout and confirmed by our team. Standard free-delivery thresholds do not make this optional same-day service free.

International delivery

International delivery charges depend on your destination, eligible products and parcel weight and are shown at checkout. The estimated delivery range is 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier and customs processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Customs duties, taxes or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authorities. Product and destination restrictions may affect availability. A delivery quote is not a guarantee of customs clearance.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible UAE orders when offered at checkout. Our team confirms COD orders on WhatsApp before arranging dispatch. Please confirm your order, have the exact amount ready and ensure someone can receive it. International orders use the online payment methods shown at checkout.

Tracking, changes and delivery issues

Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched. To request a change or cancellation, contact us before 12:00 noon Dubai time on the processing day. After that, preparation or courier booking may already have started, so we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. Contact us if delivery is delayed or unsuccessful so we can review the available options and any actual redelivery cost before proceeding.

For damaged, incorrect, missing or spoiled items, contact us promptly and see our returns and refund policy. Shipping or courier issues do not remove your applicable consumer rights.
