Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping policy is the full source for current delivery charges, availability and estimates.

UAE standard delivery: AED 22.99 below AED 200; free for orders of AED 200 or more. We process orders Monday to Saturday. Eligible in-stock orders confirmed before 1:00 PM Dubai time normally dispatch that day for next-day delivery; later orders normally dispatch on the next processing day. Sunday and public-holiday schedules may affect arrival.

Selected same-day UAE delivery: AED 35 for eligible Ugandan-product orders confirmed before 1:00 PM, only when the service is available at checkout and confirmed by our team.

International delivery: Eligible destinations, products, charges and payment methods are shown at checkout. Delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch and may be affected by customs.

Cash on Delivery: Eligible UAE orders only, when offered at checkout and confirmed on WhatsApp. International orders use the online payment methods offered at checkout.

For changes or cancellations, contact us before 12:00 noon Dubai time on the processing day. Later changes cannot be guaranteed. Email mekazon7@gmail.com or message WhatsApp +971 56 116 7903.
