Returns & Replacement

Because we sell fresh and packaged food, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered. We do stand behind the quality of everything we send.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement on your next delivery. If we cannot replace the item, we will arrange a refund or store credit for that item.
