Cash on Delivery & Cancellations

Cash on Delivery (COD). Mekazon offers Cash on Delivery across our delivery area. Payment is made in cash to the driver at the door. After you place a COD order, our team will message you on WhatsApp to confirm it, and we schedule delivery only after you confirm. Please reply to confirm so we can book your delivery slot — unconfirmed orders are not dispatched. Have the exact amount ready and make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Changing or cancelling an order. To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email before 12:00 noon on the day your order is scheduled to be processed. After 12:00 noon we book the courier and prepare your order, so cancellations after this time cannot be guaranteed.
