Shipping & Delivery

Delivery days & times. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day and arrive the next day. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the next working day and arrive the day after.

Weekends. We do not process orders or hand over to the courier on Sundays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Saturday — and any order placed on Sunday — are processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00 PM are handed to the courier the same day and arrive on Sunday or Monday, depending on your area.

Cash on Delivery. Pay in cash to the driver on arrival. After you order, our team will message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order, and we schedule your delivery once you confirm. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure someone is available to receive your order.

Changes & cancellations. To change or cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp or email before 12:00 noon on the day your order is processed. After that, your order is already being prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
