Shipping & Delivery

Delivery days & times. We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are scheduled for next-day delivery; orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are delivered the following day. Any delivery that would fall on a Sunday is moved to Monday. For example, an order confirmed on Saturday afternoon is processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Cash on Delivery. Pay in cash to the driver on arrival. After you order, our team will message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order, and we schedule your delivery once you confirm. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure someone is available to receive your order.

Changes & cancellations. To change or cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp or email before 12:00 noon on the day your order is processed. After that, your order is already being prepared for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
